- To conduct Piping Deign and 3D Modeling of Piping Systems for Greenfield and Brownfield projects in Oil and Gas, Power Plants, Refineries and Petrochemicals
- To prepare/review of calculations, piping routing, layout, general arrangement drawings, piping isometrics and spool drawing preparations
- Conducting pipe support design and preparation of pipe support drawings
- Participates in daily meetings, project status meetings and is responsible for correct reporting of amongst other project status, progress, delays, change notices, performance measurement, lessons learned and close-out
- Responsible for issue of all piping deliverable documents. Organize inputs and supervise for preparation general layout, equipment layout, key plans, support design, isometrics, material take offs, stress analysis, pipe material specifications and material requisitions.
- Preparation of detailed MTO, BOQ,BOM
- Act as the primary interface for customer for piping related activities
- Review and approve the piping drawings, bill of materials and specifications to ensure that the design conform to standards and customer requirements
- Develop and maintain piping progress, schedule, staffing planning, and coordination with project management including regular reporting
- Attend Project review meetings and project co-ordination meetings and Participate in technical review meetings (like piping 3D model review etc.
- A Bachelor’s degree with 10-12 years of experience
