Referral Criteria
Technical positions eligible for our referral program include the following:
1. Sr. Mechanical Engineer (multi openings/work in Okemos, MI & various locations throughout US)
- coordinate & organize the release for both new product design & existing product changes in design management sys; and using Creo.
- Requires Master+3 years relevant experience or Bachelor+5 years progressive experience.
- Required experience must include 3 years using Creo.
- Will accept the foreign educational equivalent of degree.
- Travel/relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout US is required.

Eligibility
All Creative Synergies Group, L.L.C. employees, other than those working in key managerial roles, are eligible to participate in the program. For the bonus to be paid, the applicant must indicate the name of the referring employee on the employee application when it is submitted. The bonus to be paid for a full-time position is $500.
