Referral Criteria

Technical positions eligible for our referral program include the following:

Lead Engr (multi openings/work in Okemos, MI & various locs thruout US)

  • Analyze, design & dev structural & hydraulic mech components for functionality, manufacturability & cost-effectiveness.
  • Reqs Master+3 yrs relev exp or Bach+5 yrs progressive exp.
  • Reqd exp must include 3 yrs using CATIA. Will accept foreign educ equiv of deg.
  • Travel/reloc to various unantic locs thruout US reqd.

Eligibility

All Creative Synergies Group, L.L.C. employees, other than those working in key managerial roles, are eligible to participate in the program.  In order for the bonus to be paid, the applicant must indicate the name of the referring employee on the employee application when it is submitted.  Bonus to be paid for a full-time position is $500.
