Referral Criteria
Technical positions eligible for our referral program include the following:
Mech Engrs (work in Okemos, MI & various locations throughout U.S.)
- Coordinate & organize the release for both new product design & existing product changes in design mgmt sys.
- Requires Masters+12 months relevant experience.
- Required experience must include 12 months using Creo.
- Will accept foreign educational equivalent of degree.
- Travel/relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout U.S. required.

Eligibility
All Creative Synergies Group, L.L.C. employees, other than those working in key managerial roles, are eligible to participate in the program. In order for the bonus to be paid, the applicant must indicate the name of the referring employee on the employee application when it is submitted. Bonus to be paid for a full-time position is $500.
