Position Description

As Cloud DevOps Architect you will be working on applications that closely communicate with systems like Drone, Engineering Sensors (IOT), Geo spatial systems & embedded application. You will help in integrating, controlling, optimizing and also process the data from devices. You will be building systems that help business to improve their engineering system’s efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures the correct deployment and operational reliability of SW solutions deployed at any of the Major public clouds
  • Works closely with the SW development teams to ensure operational stability
  • Works closely with SW development teams to define deployment processes on live SW
  • Defines and implement metrics that help ensure scalability and availability of the system
  • Works closely with IT teams to ensure best practices for security and manageability are in place
  • Owns end-to end delivery pipelines and/or Cloud deployed applications
  • Be curious and innovative
  • Be willing to grow professionally and assist in the growth of your team members.

Requirements

  • Hands on experience with OOAD & OOP
  • Hands on experience with CI/CD
  • Exposure to Azure environment
  • Knowledge of agile scrum & SDLC Process

Mandatory Skills

  • Azure Cloud Services
  • Understanding of cloud computing concepts, Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), Infra as a Service (IaaS)
  • Knowledgeable in common SCM practices, such as branching and code merge
  • GIT and GIT Workflows
  • Jenkins, CI/CD Pipelines
  • IaaC tools like Terraform, Ansible
  • PowerShell Scripting, BASH or strong command line
  • Docker
  • Container orchestration tools like Kubernetes
  • JIRA
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and with minimal supervision
