Responsibilities
- Provides technical guidance to designers and less experienced engineers
- Mentor and direct the work of entry and mid-level employees for skills development, review work progress and results and provide direction as needed
Technical Skill and Tools Requirement
- Oil & Gas, Chemical, Process Engineering
- Coordinate with other disciplines, project and site for inputs, schedules and related issues
- Adhere to, comply with relevant discipline specific procedures, and provide feedback for continuous improvement
- To prepare and check Design Calculations, General Arrangement and Detail Drawings and MTO
- Conversant with Codes and Standards like ASCE, JIS, AISC, IBC, AWS, ACI, EN, NS, DNV, ISO, JSCE, BS
- Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
- Proficient in tools like STAAD Pro / SAP / SACS / RSTAB, Revit, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Good Communication skills
- Good relationship management skills and strong analytical & problem solving skills
