Job Description

The role will primarily focus on selling to:

  • Automotive System Integrators
  • Control & Automation Integrators in Process Industries
  • End-user Companies in Process Industries (Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Power, Water, Nuclear, FMCG)
  • Special Purpose Machine (SPM) Manufacturers and OEMs in Automotive and Industrial sectors

Services & Solutions Scope

Selling end-to-end services including:

  • Control & Automation Engineering
  • Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls
  • PLC, SCADA, DCS, HMI
  • Robotics & Industrial Automation
  • Special Purpose Machines (SPM)
  • Industry 4.0, IoT & Digital Manufacturing

Responsibilities:

  • Develop / Implement strategic and operational sales plan
  • Primary focus on new logo hunting
    • Create pipeline of high-value accounts
    • Focus will be on new customer acquisition and winning long-term strategic customers
  • Lead and coordinate with technical teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Drive focused campaigns

Required Skills:

  • Thorough understanding of dual shore business model and related win themes and value propositions
  • Candidate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales In order to be successful in this role and meet or exceed targets, this candidate should feel comfortable communicating with prospects in the US via phone, email and MS Teams
  • Must have experience in acquiring new blue-chip customers
  • Proven track record in winning long-term strategic deals
  • High-Energy and passion for success
