Our customer, a global leader in freight management solutions, was operating a heterogenous mix of legacy applications with a large workforce managing back-office operations across the globe. The quoting process was highly manual, time-consuming, offered limited success in returns and the spot quote wins were very limited.

We were entrusted to deploy Agentic AI to modernize their tech stack, automate back-office workflows and accelerate quoting efficiency.
