Our client aimed to develop an AI-powered Freight Procurement Agent designed to streamline the full procurement lifecycle, from RFQ generation to contract execution.

The initiative focused on identifying lanes nearing expiry and leveraging analytics-driven insights to guide renewal or new procurement decisions, resulting in measurable freight cost reduction, faster turnaround times and optimized carrier-lane assignments.

Our Scope
  • Conduct workshops with the client to understand the freight procurement process from RFQ to contracting, including negotiation, pricing strategies, bid submission and allocation
  • Design an AI-driven, multi-agent architecture to automate each stage of the procurement process while maintaining compliance and auditability
  • Develop intelligent email and document parsers to extract bid details and normalize the data into standard formats for collection and classification
  • Build a Negotiation Agentic System to benchmark bids against market rates and recommend optimal carrier selections using proprietary performance and cost metrics
  • Deploy a Contract Automation Agent to generate standardized, regulation-compliant contract documents aligned with customer-specific terms
