  • Coordinate, monitor and control of multi discipline engineering activities through respective leads and designers
  • Communicate the project objectives, scope, milestones, contract terms and conditions, budgets to the project team
  • Identify critical execution issues and prepare a look ahead schedule
  • Act as a primary contact and maintain good customer relations
  • To prepare project execution plan, project coordination procedure , project quality plan and man power projection plan
  • Establish change management system, monitor and control
  • To prepare project risk anaylsis,review the same periodically and implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Update man power projection plan on monthly basis and liaise with department leads for allocation of suitable resources
  • Conduct periodic project review meetings with the project team
  • Preparation of monthly project status reports, participate in project review meetings including client review meetings
  • Ensure team is motivated and promote an atmosphere for continuous improvement
  • Have extensive experience in cost and schedule management
  • Familiar with both domestic and international codes and standards

Required Skills

  • A Bachelors degree with 16-18 years of experience or a Masters degree with 12-14 years of experience
  • Proficient in tools like Primavera,MS Projects, AutoCAD, Navisworks and Microsoft Office
  • Certification from professional bodies like PMI is desirable
  • Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
  • Project management experience with multi discipline project in relevant industry
  • Have a broad technical knowledge combined with excellent leadership skills
  • Strong communication skills oral, written and presentation
  • Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
  • Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and customers
  • Experience in quality control requirements and quality assurance for engineering work
