Responsibilities
- Electrical Harness Design
- Lead a team of 2 to 3 Engineers.
- Execution, Project delivery and Quality
- Creation of Electrical Schematics and Form board drawings in Zuken E3
- Good in Communication and Presentation skills
- Experience in Team centre would be added advantage
- Experience in Solid Edge Would added advantage
- Experience in wiring harness routing would be advantage
- Good Understanding of Different Bus/ Trucks Chassis Sub System Packaging and Installation
Required Skills
- 5 Years of Electrical Harness Design, development and manufacturing Automotive of wiring harness electrical domain
- Expert technical hands-on experienced knowledge in wiring harness Component Engineering and Component library management tools such as Zuken E3s
- Experience in wire selection, selection of components like Connectors, terminals, relays, fuses based on voltage & current rating
- Good understanding of electrical schematics & Form board drawings
- Proficient in 2D CAD Tool – Zuken E3
- Analysing the Design Guidelines and suggest the Alternates.
